...Canvas Corp {love}...Day 2

Day 2 of my Canvas Corp crush...
You can check out Day 1 here...

So, in my prize pack there were 3 of these little 2"x2" stretched canvases...holy crow...talk about adorable. At first I was like, "hmmmm....what to do, what to do?" - but then my cork board caught my eye and I knew right away what it needed...some rad pushpins!!!

Here's the finished project:

And here are the items I used:

Canvas Corp push pins & little mini canvas...

Glimmer Mist (Key Lime Pie & some brown color I can't remember because the spray-thingy broke and I had to replace the bottle...), Tim Holtz Distress Ink in "Vintage Photo" and Tim Holtz tissue tape..

I sprayed the canvas with the two colors of Glimmer Mist...slightly overlapping them.
Then I took my Distress Ink and inked-up the corners...
I had a cardstock butterfly sitting around, so I taped over it with the tissue tape and sprayed that with the Key Lime Pie GM...then I inked the edges of the butterfly.
When everything was dry, I glued the butterfly to the canvas using E6000, slapped on a little fuchsia gem, glued the push pin to the back of the canvas (again using E6000) and the dishes are done, man...(so sorry, awesome 80's movie quote - yes, you guessed it, Adventures in Babysitting...;)).

Now, not only do I have a sa-weet cork board, I also have a super fo-ine way to hang things on it...

Tomorrow, even more Canvas Corp goodies!
