It's National Hot Dog Day!

And to celebrate I'm sharing the "recipe" for the best dog you'll ever eat...that's a promise...


The Chicago-style hot dog is piece of art...and is seriously delicious.

Here's how to put one together:

• Start with an all-beef hot dog & poppy seed bun
• add yellow mustard (NEVER NEVER EVER ketchup! NEVER!),
• bright green sweet pickle relish,
• a dill pickle spear,
• tomato wedges,
• pickled sport peppers,
• chopped white onions and
• a dash of celery salt.

...and then make another because one is never enough...
